Breaking sports news on the internet There are a lot of places on the internet to get the most up to date sports news, but finding one that has the latest breaking news is quite a trick. What happens to me all the time I will hear a sports score on the news radio station and go crazy trying to find scores as they are updating. The worst is when they announce a trade concerning your favorite team or your favorite sports player and they only give half of the details. That drives me crazy as I am sure it drives you crazy as well. In this age of information we need to know what is going on constantly. Most of us have fantasy baseball players and when they announce an injury we need to know how bad it is. You might need to put your player on the disabled list or not. This information can make or break you especially during the fantasy football season. Here is the list (in order) for you so you can find the information on the internet as the news breaks.... Creatine: More than a sports nutrition supplement Although creatine offers an array of benefits, most people think of it simply as a supplement that bodybuilders and other athletes use to gain strength and muscle mass. Nothing could be further from the truth. A substantial body of research has found that creatine may have a wide variety of uses. In fact, creatine is being studied as a supplement that may help with diseases affecting the neuromuscular system, such as muscular dystrophy (MD). Recent studies suggest creatine may have therapeutic applications in aging populations for wasting syndromes, muscle atrophy, fatigue, gyrate atrophy, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease and other brain pathologies. Several studies have shown creatine can reduce cholesterol by up to 15% and it has been used to correct certain inborn errors of metabolism, such as in people born without the enzyme(s) responsible for making creatine.... Sports Betting Truths The first ever recorded sports bets, took place on 10 September 1858, by two spectators watching a game between the Brooklyn Eckfords and the New York Mutuals, placed a 100$ bet as to whether or not John Holden would hit a home run. Holden himself was assured 25$ if he hit, he did and after the game all the debts were settled. In 1865 again, in a match between the same teams, three players from the Mutuals agreed to deliberately loose a game in return of $100 each. After the scandal involving the 1877 Louisville Grays and other fixed games prompted American League President Ban Johnson to impose a ban on all gambling inside...

Two days is not enough time to give justice to Rhode Island golf
My friend Burt McHugh is about as mild-mannered as a man can be, but now he was being pushed to his limits. I could feel his pain. We had left Philadelphia, where we both live, on a recent Sunday afternoon in a driving rainstorm. We were intent on playing a late-afternoon game at the Yale course, a hilly Charles Blair Macdonald and Seth Raynor track that Burt -- High Orthodox, when it comes to golf, as am I -- played as a member of the Penn golf team 25 or so years ago. The storm followed us on our drive north, but when we got to the course it was merely showering. Still, the course was closed.
