WHAT      The ninth annual Michael Douglas & Friends Celebrity Golf event.

WHO       Among those celebrities expected to play include:
          Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Donald Trump, Heather
          Locklear, Mark Wahlberg, Alice Cooper, Cheryl Ladd, Martin Sheen,
          Josh Duhamel, Kyle MacLachlan, Kenny G, Haley Joel Osment.

WHEN      Sunday, April 29, 2007; photo/interview opportunity at 11:00 a.m.
          (press check-in begins at 10:00 a.m.).

WHERE     Trump National Golf Club, One Ocean Trails Drive, Rancho Palos
          Verdes, Calif.

MEDIA     ALL media MUST be credentialed in advance.  Media will be able
          to photograph/interview celebrities at 11:00 a.m., and then
          cover celebrity putting challenge 11:20-11:45 a.m.  Media will
          not be able to cover actual tournament.  Media parking will
          be provided.

TELECAST  The event will be telecast on NBC on Sunday, June 10 immediately
          following the men's final of the French Open.

SPONSORS  Event sponsors include AARP, Dockers San Francisco, Dr Pepper,
          CenterStaging Corp., NBC Sports; event hosted by Trump National
          Golf Club.

MPTF      The non-profit Motion Picture & Television Fund, headquartered in
          Woodland Hills, Calif., was founded in 1921 to provide "relief"
          for those in the film industry who had fallen on hard times.
